Disabled Quick Panel!

So I used CCSWE App manager and went to system ui and disabled Quick Panel! 

 But But But it all went lol 😆 😂 😅 🤣 !

See I and alen disabled quick panel but it still opens and show notification but it's disabled so lol 😆 😅 😂
The notification reads quick panel disabled but as you see the notification should not be there its disabled
