Disable 'Glance on Samsung'

How can I permanently disable 'Glance on Samsung' on wallpaper services on my Galaxy A51?

 I have disabled it from settings > wallpaper services > select 'none'

But still I keep getting these permanent watermarkes on my screen. Screenshots attached. 

Is there any way to remove them? 

UPDATE: Thanks a lot guys. I did restart device twice and it is now fixed.

Open wallpaper services app info and disable change allowed in system settings and other settings(just give a try)

and if its a bug and pre-installed app..then pass feedback to Samsung

Not removing glance water mark
