Dialer is very slow to open

Every time make the call,  dialer is opened take long min.  How to resolve issue..

Yes it takes good 10 seconds to load sim options. By that time we will forget whether we dialled a contact. First they royally screwd dial from any sim option. Now this.

Best option is switch to Google phone, dialer
