Iam a loyal customer of a Samsung mobile since 12 years iam using only Samsung mobile now iam facing this issue,

I have always trusted Samsung for quality and reliability, and I believe this issue deserves prompt attention and resolution


Currently i don't have a bill, its been more than 3 years of purchase of mobile phone, 

 

I am writing to report a serious issue that has occurred with my Samsung mobile device following a recent software update. Soon after installing the update, a green line appeared on the display without any physical damage or mishandling of the device,


Provide a free screen replacement or appropriate service even if the warranty has expired, since this seems to be a known issue after updates.


Take this feedback seriously to avoid affecting more users in the future

From the feedback I got from elderly Samsung users - Easier way to take screenshots is their need. The palm swipe and the volume plus side button, both are very difficult to use at the RIGHT moment.
