What you do when your smartphone heats up or function slow

While clearing data in YouTube music and wynk music all the songs has gone

But the executive from Samsung told it won't go

Any help or experience regarding this

CLEARING CACHE WON'T REMOVE ANY FILES
BUT CLEARING DATA WILL DEFINITELY DELETES ALL DATABASE AND FILES OF THAT APP

Clear the cache no data will be lost if datas cleared it will be lost forever.

You can also avoid charging your phones in mid day as temperatures of both phone and surrounding gets high.

When it heats up stop using it for sometime and after some time power off your phone from about ten minutes. And also using back cover generates heating in it. So avoid using it during heavy tasks.
