I can't find my App icon frame options...

My device is Samsung Galaxy J4 running on android versions 9

Long Press Home Screen > Home Screen Settings

You guys have no idea what I'm talking about do you?😑😑
I'm talking about App Icon "Frame" option...
You know where you can decide if you want to turn on or off the App frame that gives a frame to the apps which turns any apps that is not a rounded square into a ROUNDED SQUARE..........

And you can turn that frame on or off in the DISPLAY SETTINGS but I'm unable to find it..
