I own two Galaxy Note 9 and my friend owns a Galaxy Note 10. We are facing the same problem of missed call alerts. When we are on a call, and if someone calls us during such time, we do not get any alerts, and it is not shown as a missed call. Please solve this issue.
We understand your concern and will help you to resolve the issue. Kindly follow some of the basic step given below to enable call waiting option in your device:-
Tap on Phone > Tap on 3 dots on top corner of the screen > Settings > More Settings > Toggle on Call Waiting.
If the issue still persist we would request you to kindly visit your nearby service center for the physical inspection of your device.
