You'll get that Auto delete unnecessary data option in Device care which will automatically clear all cache files at a scheduled time....

Try this on your S21 Ultra.

Go to phone app > settings > Record calls > select options

From where did you buy this phone? The call recording option is not available in phones bought from Gulf countries, Singapore etc.
