CAN WE USE GCAM IN M31S, how enable camera 2 api in m31s

You can use Gcam on any Samsung device but it won't work like other companies.

And you can't unlock Camera 2 API without rooting, this is why it wouldn't work that well.

not possible to use each mode as Samsung not provided RAW support, so even after download gcam only 1-2 modes will work
