Bring back these features

1. Samsung removed transparent pop-up/ floating app window option

2. Inbuilt fps meter for games which was present in game booster ( perf z) , now it is removed.

3. Press at bottom other than centre to open taskbar , new method is inconvenient 

4. Touch for open in pop view in Edge Panel
