Tech TalkTo resolve Bluetooth connectivity concern, kindly follow below steps:
1. Both devices should be under Bluetooth range.
2. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier (Scroll down notification panel > Setting > Connections > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth > Tap the settings icon next to the Bluetooth device > Unpair).
Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device
3. Go to the settings>>apps>>Bluetooth>>storage>> clear cache.
4. Reset network settings (Scroll down notification panel >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)
5. Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks>Bluetooth).
6. Since 3rd party apps may also cause the problem, hence check your device issue in Safe mode.
How to run Safe mode: Restart the device>Press & hold the volume down key>Safe mode icon will display in the bottom left corner of the device. If problem is resolved in safe mode then restart the device to turn off Safe mode & Uninstall 3rd party apps that are causing problem.
7. Update the device O/S if update is available (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
