Samsung should be aware of its competition both from Chinese as well as the American OEMs
Like Vivo, Oppo, Oneplus , Motorola, Google and Apple.
Here are some highlights that I think brand should work on :
- How Motorola is crushing the midrange market with it's features like sleek and handy devices.
- How Chinese brand's do their advertisement with feature that we already have in their mature state. But most users doesn't know that they are there. Even I love how each settings are placed in galaxy devices with respect to usecases.
- How the Unpacked events are getting boring with talks to AI but no hardware and software enhancement talks.
- How other OEMs uses old flagship SOCs in their midrange devices with better optimization. In that way brand can focus on their new SOCs and optimizes it as next year flagship to better compete against Other brands and also selling it to other OEMs.
- New features are good, but brand should consider optimizing and expanding the use cases of the old features and testing them for various loop holes.
- Some of the features from other OEMs which are useful in every day uses must be implemented like using wet phone and pocket mode and more.
