I keep hearing that using Samsung Smart Switch on your computer to update your Samsung software is way better than the over-the-air updates you get on your phone.
Is it true that it backs everything up, wipes your phone, and then installs the update fresh, instead of just slapping it on top of the old one?
Also, I've heard it doesn't make your phone overheat as much, which can cause those green lines, so your phone stays perfect after the update.
