Hi there,

 

Please follow below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

1. Perform ‘Reset app preference’ (Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app).

2. Check the internal storage of the device and clean it (Setting> Device Care>Storage> clean now).

3. Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

4. Perform reset setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
