After upgrading to Android 11 OS, I noticed a strange thing. The background of the Apps Screen is now blurred by default — Bokeh Effect. Is there any option to make the background of the Apps Screen transparent ? This blurred background is disappointing to me and I prefer the transparent background to see the wallpaper I have used.

No, there is no way to do that, in Android 9 and One UI 1.1, there was an outrage when Samsung removed the blurred background, so they have added it again.

Samsung should provide options for both transparent and blurred background for Apps Screen. It is the individual choice of the users. You are responding to the demands of 70% people but marginalizing and silencing the demands of rest 30% people. Samsung should learn to celebrate diversity. Don't be rigid in your policy.
