Tech TalkSwitch off your phone. Then, connect your phone to USB cable with a laptop. Then press the power on/off key and volume down key together. As soon as the Samsung logo appears stop pressing the keys.
You will see recovery screen. Use the volume buttons to navigate.
Select clear cache partition option by using the volume buttons (to navigate) and the power button (to select)
When it finishes clearing cache partition, restart your device using the option on the screen.
Nb: this won't delete any data on phone, but will solve many of the issues with an update.

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
* Check after rebooting your device.
