App refreshing problem

If samsung users are facing app refreshing problem in budget phones they can try lock app option. 

 For those they have to go to recent apps. Then tap on app icon and then tap on lock this app . This will prevent this app from refreshing

To unlock the app tap on lock icon on the page. This is useful for multitasking in low end devices
