Yes it is secure folder, this is how you can set it up - First insure that you have created a samsung account. - Second, open secure folder by opening it via quick settings or by searching it on the app search.
Third install the app from play store or galaxy store. If already downloded outside the secure folder you can just select it. - Third, long press the app icon >> then select " add to home screen".
