I am using android 11 with oneII core 3.1 on A10s however even though android 13 has been released I wonder if samsung would but should provide phones of upgrade at least till android 12, or 13 would also be fine. What do you think?

Your device is very old, it was launched around 2019 I think this device has already got android 10 and 11 updates. Getting android 12 would be very difficult the device will also stop receiving security updates.
