Samsung m01 hardware support 64 bit but Samsung not providing 64 bit android.

Currently it is running 32 bit android l.

Dear it is because phones with less than 4 GB RAM have 32 bit OS only.

But some company like realme or honor has 3gb ram are less then 4gb ram. So why are they give 64bit in 3gb ram mobile like realme c12 , and honor 9 lite of 3gb variants

Because 32 bit uses less storage space
And Galaxy M01 is a cheap phone
