Android 14 problem

Dear Samsung why every android upgrade is forced to device restrictions 

Every one is facing issue when we can't access 

Android/data

Android/obb 

Both are important to share games to another one when we don't have internet

I cam access obb media data folder in One UI6.0 with X-plore application

No you give permission to app from android 13 and now you upgrade it to 14
But when you uninstall this or give permission to new app it has no access to data/ specific app

I update my phone to official 14 , ES file explorer application able to open obb media and data folder
