1). I am using S 21 Ultra 5G. After updating Android 12, I am unable to download and install apps from play store as well as from galaxy store. Error comes as : "Can't install"
I contacted Samsung support as well as Samsung service center. They are also not able to resolve the concern. They said that Android 12 is not available with them.
2). Also when I create any video or Reel and share it through what's app to someone, audio doesn't play at reciever end but as soon as I save the same video in 4K and share again, audio gets played.
Above problems I am facing after Android 12 update.
Pls resolve asap.

when I create any video or Reel and share it through what's app to someone, audio doesn't play at reciever end but as soon as I save the same video in 4K and share again, audio gets played.

thats the problem with whatsapp then ... backup data and try whatsapp reinstall

Screen recorded video when edited gets no sound if shared via what's app. If saved in 4k, doesn't have any problems

Go to recovery mode and do the following operation
1) Wipe cache partition
2) Repair apps
Then check if it is cleared or not
