Most Android 11 selected devices can register for Android 12 .If you got notice ,follow the steps -

1)Update your apps using play store and Galaxy Store(specially SamsungMembers).

2)Update your phone with the latest version. 

3)Go to Members, Notices,Android 12 Update, Enroll now,agree with terms and conditions, Check your device for Update(conditions are applicable)and enjoy😉.

Not all devices running on Android 11 gets Android 12 update....
Devices which comes with Android 10 gets Android 12...
Galaxy A10 comes with Android pie and now it's running on Android 11....but it won't get Android 12...
Samsung provides only 3 year of Android update to all devices
