Most Android 11 selected devices can register for Android 12 .If you got notice ,follow the steps -

1)Update your apps using play store and Galaxy Store(specially SamsungMembers).

2)Update your phone with the latest version. 

3)Go to Members, Notices,Android 12 Update, Enroll now,agree with terms and conditions, Check your device for Update(conditions are applicable)and enjoy😉.
