Dear Sir, 

 This is Gavin. Now Google has started rolling out New "Android 12" OS Update for Android Smartphones. New "Android 12" OS is much better along with New Features as compared to earlier Android 11 OS Update. 

 It would better if you could take My Suggestion regarding providing of New "Android 12" OS Update for it's Samsung Smartphone as soon as possible.

Android 12 is beta testing only and would be launched by year end. Expect it to roll out to samsung mobiles by last quarter of 2021
