Android 10 update problem

My Samsung m30s is not working fast charging and otg pendrive..

1. show  cable charge ..already select fast charging options..not working fast charging..

2.show connected and after one second then show disconnect. 

3.heating problem...

 Plz helps...

For charging issue please perform following steps.

1. Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc. If it is damaged then kindly visit your nearest service center to get it replaced.

2. Check charger functionality, try to charge your device with some other charger or use your charger to charge some other device.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

I have the same issue. tried everything even complete reset and data wipe.

I also noticed something else, the device is not getting detected in pc.

and while plugging in a pendrive using the adapter that came in box, its toggling in notification window as "usb device connected and disconnected "

do you face the same with usb and pc?
