Hi Team,

When Android 10 will roll out to J7Nxt mobiles.

J7 Nxt is not getting Android Q (10)

do we know the reason

bcoz of the Samsung update policy we only get 2 major os updates and 3 years of security patch updates. so far we received 2 os updates already. we only get security patch updates in for upto December 2020.
