There are 2 ways to reach expert level 5: Active Level 6 to expert level 5 (like me) or slowly, moving from a level to another.

Waited for 3 months and for a week didn't posted anything (were inactive, Admin didn't blocked me) and when I saw my account were Expert Level 5.
