After upgrading to One UI 3.1

I am using Samsung galaxy tab s6. After upgrading my device to One UI 3.1, widevine L1 is downgraded to L3. Now I'm unable to stream HD movies.. Did anyone face this problem.. pls reply ( My Netflix subscription plan is 4k )

May be Samsung users rarely use Netflix subscriptions
