Add internet speed meter

It comes in really handy to know the speed of ypur network especially when in poor network areas. I would like to see a built in network speed meter in the UI instead of using a third party app to speedtest in every area and draining battery by keeping them running in the background constantly to monitor the data speed. Hope, you will listen to my request and understand the problem.
