Active 2 4g esim messages

My active 2 4g watch has an ESIM. Also connected to my phone by Bluetooth.

In watch Message app, I can see the receive messages of my phone. BUT MY WATCH IS NOT RECEIVING MESSAGES FROM ESIM.

I can able to send SMS through esim and phone from watch itself.

So, sending with both carrier is okay in my watch.

But,  Can't receive ESIM message.... 

Please help me for this issue
