high res hdr is not possible. because processor is not capable

The processor is very much capable. Its just Samsung not wishing to provide it.

not just samsung but other companies also don't give this option because a 48mp photo is much larger than 12mp pixel binned so applying layers of the already large photo and processing it would take a lot of work
