5G Software Update

When is the 5G software update available in 5G enabled Samsung devices?? My city & sim card are 5G enabled; however I am unable to 5G services as my device is not 5G ready.. This is ridiculous as we bought this device paying premium price beleiving it's a 5G ready device as mentioned by Samsung..

As per specs if it's a 5G phone; it's 5G compatible as a hardware, but there is no 5G software in that.. That's funny.. 😂😂

Samsung is slow on support. Now we just have to wait for software update. This irritating that 5g device need update to work.
