4G network issue

My airtel 4G internet gets disconnected automatically. When I switch ON airplane mode and then OFF it, internet starts working but after 3-4 minutes of usage, its again disconnected. This problems continues whenever I use Airtel 4G internet. I also checked my SIM in other device but this problem occurs only in my device. What should I do ?

Please solve this issue in your new software update as soon as possible.

May be Airtel 4G networking strength not very good in your area.

I've also checked my airtel SIM in other device, its working fine, network strength also good. Later on when I insert it back in my device, its starts disconnecting after every 3-4 minutes.

you have to switch to Jio/Vi or change your phone.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and to resolve network issue please follow below given steps:-


1. Check network operators and select automatically (Settings> Connections> Mobile Network>Network operator> select automatically > Tap on OK > Registered on network).


2. Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

even I have similer issue with Airtel SIM.. internet network keep changing to 4g, E or VOlte 4G.. I tried above steps but still issues persist...

IA m facing same issue ..I think it problem with the samsung device.nit with network. Because I have seen other devices working fine with same Sim card airtel..
