4G network issue in new Samsung m31

Network automatically goes down while using internet. In order to reestablish ,need to put the phone into flight mode and back. Tried the network settings to auto . But no use. I have factory resettled the phone and installed some basic apps and google apps. Still the problem exixts

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

I'm facing same issue with same model and i got the solution... Use single sim for calls and Internet and turn off another sim for a while. And now try... May be it will work because its working fine for me.

sometimes calls also face the issue. I am saying this because other 4g users in my room dont have any issue
