Hey here is in one UI 2.0s gallery one UI 2.1 settings trials avilable.
To active this settings follow below steps.
Go Gallery - clik on three dots - settings - about gallery - click on 3 - 4 time on gallery versions - then you see Gallery Labs option open it and you will see 2.1 trials setting on your 2.0 one UI.
