update problem

hellow yesterday i updated my phone and after that i cant get access to my memorycard it says not inserted and i purchase a new sd card and insert it then it says memory card not inserted watched couple of youtube they said to format the card from phone but the problem was the phone wont let me format the card anybody got this issue??? im using samsung galaxy tap a

Restart it.
Then Connect It To PC.
If There you can Access Sd card then it should work.

Or

You can remove sd card and Connect it to pc independently via card reader and Take backup first.

Then Try To Format Sd card.

And Insert back to Your Tab.
