Recently I bought Samsung galaxy Tab A7, I'm faced a issue like couldn't take screen shot using my palm, whether it may be any patch ?

Could any one help me out?

Swipe your palm on screen from left to right to take a ss.

i fond how to take screenshots on a7. press power and volume down button at the same time and release it right away. it takes a screenshot.😊😅😅
