unable to open Samsung file (especially one particular file)

Im facing this issue only with this particular file 

Even i did following things it didn't help me

•apps>Samsung notes> storage>clear cache 

•force stopped Samsung notes

•moved to other folder and opened 

Still I'm unable to access this particular file 

Unable to export 

Unable to save

Please solve my problem ASAP
