i fond how to take screenshots on Samsung galaxy tab a7. press power and volume down button at the same time and release it right away. it takes a screenshot. Don't hold it for long. Press both buttons and release it.

There is a assistive menu just like apple devices there you can find screenshot  key directly.no need for pressing buttons
