Why is my samsung snotes not getting synced to onedrive

I've logged into my onedrive on samsung notes app, and I've selected the folder which needs to be synced with the one drive account, still even after pressing sync now how many ever times it's not getting synced, I've even synced my files app with the one drive account, yet no file is getting synced even after being connected to wifi. I've shared all screenshots please someone help me to get it synced

Samsung notes is synced with Microsoft OneNote and Outlook, not with OneDrive. Only synced gallery photos, videos or the things in Microsoft 365 copilot app is visible in my files section of OneDrive.

Sir I've installed both onenote and outlook nowhere these synced files are visible,
If you can explain step by step how to sync my samsung notes folder to any of the app it will be very helpful .1753611178487.jpg

Maybe, there's a error in syncing. Please do the instructions given below by the cs_member10 Moderator. It might help you to solve this problem. 😊🙏

Path: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)
