I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my online order of Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE, which has been cancelled by Samsung without any prior communication.
Despite multiple follow‑ups, I have received contradictory information regarding the refund timeline:
- On calling Samsung customer care, I was informed that the refund would take 7–10 days
- However, on WhatsApp support, the timeline is now shown as 14 days
This inconsistency is unacceptable, especially when the order was cancelled from your end without notifying me.
