Unable to login to My Galaxy app from tab s8 plus. After I input my mobile number, the get OTP button activates but doesn't work or send otp. Tried multiple times over 2-3 months but the only response on samsung members is try it after sometime as it might be due to server or network issue

This issue with wifi variant table. If you have LTE or 5G variant then you will not face this issue.

Have done that already twice but all I get is standard responses or checks which I also have done but still facing the same issue. Thanks to your amazing tech support.
