Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

To use Multi Control with your Samsung phone and tablet, ensure both devices meet these requirements:

● One UI 5.1 or higher on both devices.
● Multi Control enabled on both devices. Check this in Settings > Connected devices > Multi control.
● Bluetooth enabled on both devices.
● Both devices logged into the same Samsung account and connected to the same Wi-Fi network (a 5GHz connection is recommended).
● A Bluetooth keyboard or mouse connected to the tablet.

Here's how to set up and use Multi Control:

● On your tablet, go to Settings > Connected devices > Multi control.
Note: If not already on, tap the switch to enable it.

● Tap Connect phone. Select your phone from the Nearby phones list.

● Your devices are now connected. Tap Phone location to adjust the display arrangement.

● Choose your preferred arrangement option.

● You can now use your Bluetooth mouse and keyboard to copy/paste text and drag/drop images between devices.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
