I have ordered S6 LITE Tab from Samsung Shop on 18.09.22.I faced issue with Display then i go to Service centre (guided by customer care). After 2 day of 4 times visit they give me a DOA latter with packed box product.Then on 22.09.22 i mailed all the photos to (support.estore@email.support.samsung.com)and i request for return on samsung shop it will show solution provided with in 24hr -48hr .But i get nothing till now i called many time to customer care but everyone is giving excuses of time.
