Tabs4 to Tabs6 upgrade

I went to Samsung cafe to upgrade my tabs4 to tabs6, my tabs4 8 months old for exchange the quote 27000 INR which I was purchased 57000 INR for new tabs6 60000 INR with out any discount so I understood there is no resale value for Samsung Electronics products.
