I am planning to purchase 128 GB tablet for my child who is in 12th standard. ( B group)

Should I go for IPAD or samsung ?

Budget is around ~ 40- 45k. I heard S7 FE is not worth at this price.

Either I should go for S6 lite or S7, with increased budget.

For a student, at max you should go with S6 lite if you need spen for more productivity
Else Tab A7 is also good
