How can I connect Galaxy Tab A7 to my Galaxy M21 to make calls?

I am not sure about Tab A7 and M21.
But try following:

You need to login to both devices using same Samsung account.
On M21 , in try to find and enable as shown in screenshot.

Now check from A7 if you are able to make calls.
