Does anyone who prebook in live event i mean first 6 hours of prebook got "Buds Pro" ? i called customer care they said can be redeem after 2 days and it is already 10 days

I called up customer care and they said that the buds pro offer is on Lucky Draw basis. I got the Tab S8+ without the bank offer cause I wanted the buds pro and now samsung customer care is telling that I cant get the free buds pro which they promised.

No not exactly... first they said same to me but i sended them screenshot after that they said copoun code will come to mail after sometime.. but will see, i gonna contact them again.. let's keep updated both of us 🙂

I contacted them what i understood is many of customer care agents don't know about this offer 🤦... but they raised a ticket with screenshot of that offer saying will get a reply soon according to this soon .. will wait and see hopefully we will get it

When you asked the customer care, they would have giv n you a complaint number, just quote and ask them the status of the complaint
