Tab s8 (normal) uae version not updating

my friends s8 5g is not updating its stuck in oneui4.1 and shows already installed latest update.

Maybe the issue is related to the region. As far as I know, Samsung provided security updates until May 23. Which region is it being used in?

its from uae in uae and same for my s7fe5g but got till 5.1 so how?

Open software update again--after that open recent app--click on above--go to app info--storage clear cache--restart your tablet...try again
